Taylor's 2011 Dance Recital
Taylor was in 4 dances this year. This is the ballet. I used the Cricut markers to print the dance name. It is really quite easy and I don't know why I never use them. I will certainly use them more.

Farmer's Market Tin
This is a cookie tin that I made just for fun for my GD. I covered a Pepperidge Farm cookie tin with fabric and applied several coats of Modge Podge. All the die cuts are made with my Cricut Expression. The cow, pig, chicken, owl are from Animal Kingdom. The fence and the tree are from Heritage. The top has fabric flowers with a metal butterfly. The fence was put on with pop dots to make it stand out from the can. I used chalk for the shading and some Distress Ink walnut for added dimension. Of course, I used lots of stickles. I have a problem with my addiction to bling! The letters are from Plantin Schoolbook. This was a light and fun project made with a used tin and scraps. I live in NE Oklahoma and am glad I did not blow away this week with all the tornadoes. Prayers are going out for all the people affected by this horrible storms. Tune in on Tuesday for a new project!!!

I used Disney Dreams Come True, Sentimentals for the mirror, Indie Art for the rose, Storybook for the letters on the inside, Tim Holtz brick embossing folder, tea dye distress ink and lots of stickles. Directions on how to make the card is list on Cricutworld.blogspot.com.
